They think everything that goes against their lunacy is wrong. Sometimes I wonder how they even go outside without losing their minds.....even more then what they already have.

Yes. A few actually.
Acts 15:20; Romans 1:29; 1 Corinthians 5:1; 6:13,18; 7:2; 10:8; 2 Corinthians 12:21; Galatians 5:19; Ephesians 5:3; Colossians 3:5; 1 Thessalonians 4:3; Jude 7. The Bible promotes abstinence before marriage. Sex before marriage is just as wrong as adultery and other forms of sexual immorality, because they all involve having sex with someone you are not married to. Sex between a husband and his wife is the only form of sexual relations that God approves of (Hebrews 13:4).

Yes Hebrews says ...fornicators God will judge which is sex outside of marriage... in the clearest possible terms.
It's wrong for several reasons.
The purpose of sex is one-ness
Waiting until marriage is a better preparation for marriage since sex outside of marriage violates the one ness.
Think of it this way, a powerful river DOES NOT become less exciting because it is constrained by tight passages. It actually is more powerful. The waiting does not kill your fun, in the long run it actually deepens it with the white water and the excitement...
Sex is actually in a way meant to help us catch a glipse of the relationship of God and the redeemed in heaven. Just as a third grader cannot really grasp sex, we do not know the wonders of the redeemed who will have the great adventure of learning about and glorifying God forever in a truly enjoable and inexaustable worship of the God who made the Universe
Face it, we all sin and make many many mistakes. Us older folk just made more mistakes than you younger and we all can find forgiveness and can change, glorifying God leaning on the work of His son on the cross. We all need to repent and turn to God. Thankfullly today is the day for mercy, tomorrow may be too late.

well I can't judge anyone on this (or anything else really, that's god's department) because I lived with my husband for years before we got married, and became a Christian after 6 years of marriage. I know some people who have been living with someone when they become a Christian, and just automatically feel that it's not right to be having sex with them, and they have stopped having sex until they are married. The reasons for not condoning sex outside of marriage is simple, every time you have sex you form a spiritual bond with the partner, and with each new partner you take all that with you....it will only cause pain in the end, it's not good for you, and a loving parent (god) wants the best for his children. When you receive the Holy spirit, He deals with certain things in your life that you ought not to do, then you have to make a choice to obey or not.

No it does not say in the Bible that sex before marriage is a sin. Sure in Exodus, chapter 20, we read the Ten Commandments, and are told that we should not commit adultery. But adultery is not defined as simply having sex outside of marriage. It's defined as having sex with a married person. Nothing is said to prohibit sexual relations between two unmarried people.

Maybe it is just that we have more common sense and do not need to be told to do or not to do something. If all girls waited until they married the world would be a better place in that unwanted pregnancies would be rare. Abortion would be far less of an issue and manners might return to young people. I could not care less if they do go in for sex before marriage, but I wish that they would at least use protection. The best protection, I think you will agree, is to say no, mean it and stick to it........Take care..............

Lust, fornication, lasciviousness, adultery are just some of the things listed in the bible that are sins, of course these are prerequisites to so called "sex". Marriage is a covenant entered into between husband and wife and God. God is a partner with us and has given us a gift to PROCREATE, this priveledge should be respected. It is considered sacred. This is the way God has planned it so we could be somewhat prepared individuals to parent and guide our children in righteousness. Also, children should be born within the covenant to inherit blessings.

I don't think it's that bad. If it is, why doesn't it appear until Acts? No mention in the ten commandments nor the gospels. As for Hebrews 13:4 it seems to be more about respecting marriage than anything outside of it.

I would think that the reason is to remain pure until you find your soulmate, the one you'll spend the rest of your life with. And of course, that's taking that people in those times could not divorce.
Remember the part in the 10 commandments where it says something like, "thou shall not fornicate..." ? That's the part in the bible.
My opinion is that God knows everything, he foresaw what would happen in the future with so many people having sex out or before marriage. A lot of people did not listen and that's why we have so many std's and things like AIDS.

The Bible does talk about one man and woman, and essentially, it's not just because "God said so." It would save us all a great deal of pain and other headaches if we had one sexual partner for our whole lives. It is so much more special, but God also knew that as humans, we wouldn't. Even the most devout Christians are human who sin and have divorce and remarry and who knows what all.....so as a mother, I would love for my daughter to be able to give her self 100% to the man who loves her enough to marry her. ANything else cheapens her as a woman....and gives her gift away for free

It is part of treating your body as the temple of God. Which Those of the Christian Faith believe is what the body is. All of the other activity that stems from sexual promiscuity also leads to harming the Temple (body). So it is to be kept for what God intended it.
And that is not, for women, just for making babies. It is for pleasure as well. Within the way God intends... and yes there is more than one position. You can be on top once in a while too.
