Above - The guy at work always touches his face, cover his mouth, rub chin, pull his hair when he is talking. Why does he do that ? I dont like the guy, but not sure what others think.

most pple who are not very confident/or just not confident tend to touch their body parts eg... head chin, nails, hands... coz they need to do that in order to put something/message across.

I've heard that mouth covering means someone is being untruthful in what they are saying. I've seen this happen too. Don't know about the chin/hair pulling. That could just be some kind of freaky self-stim behavior. Observe him talking to different people when you can. See if he does this with everyone and in all situations or if he's more likely to do it when he's full of s**t.

Because he is not telling you the whole truth. He's trying to hide his bad teeth or his breath smells.
Crossing of arms usually means that someone is not being open or doesn't want to be.
Take a look at politicians how they are trained to show open palms and arms.

the guy probably doesn't even realises that he is doing all that. Its a nervous reaction, like crossing your arms when you are talking to someone etc.

He's most likely to be nervous and when he talks, that's how he is comfortable. And if you don't like the guy then why is he your problem?

he's lieing. They say people who do that are lying.
body sign language. blood rushes to the face or the nose.
they rub their nose.

Maybe he's nervous and does those things to feel more comfortable when speaking to others.
