If we are a nation of laws-shouldn't they be enforced?

I think even the oldest indian tribes and african tribes had "laws" or "rules" ....

Don't know of any nations that have survived without laws. But too many laws can have the same effect. I feel the US is headed in the direction that it has way too many laws to possibly enforce effectively. We should impose a moratorium on the creation of any new laws until we can figure out how to enforce the one's we already have.

I think even if we start a nation without laws, people will eventually have some type of laws they'll come up with. Its natural for us to stop ourselves from going into chaos.

some people today are just creating laws in order to make loopholes to AVOID other laws while looking innocent at the same time..

Laws -> Chaos

Chaos -> Laws

America has laws yet it got Bombed and Mexicans are running into the city like no tomorrow

how can you have a nation w/o laws? which ones aren't enforced. the arbitrary ones that haven't been taken off the books

Since the beginning of civilization, nations have always had laws. Anarchy is rarely attempted and never successful.
