Stay busy. Get out with your friends; join the gym, indulge a hobby or find a new one. The busier you are the more distracted you will be and the less you will think about her.
This kind of stuff hurts like hell and the immediate thought is often "how can I get her back?" Truth is, that in time you will see you don't want her back, what you are seeking right now is a release from the pain.
Getting out with other people serves to distract you and may also put you into a situation where you can meet other gals. There's an old adage "the fastest way to get over someone is to get under someone new." Getting "some" with some new gals will definitely improve your spirits, providing you are emotionally comfortable with casual sex.
Just don't try to start a new relationship yet. That just leaves you vulnerable to being hurt again, before you are over this one.
Keep the faith. We've all been there and yes, it really sucks! But there will be other loves in your life and eventually one that will be the "keeper."
You will be fine.
Whatever you do now, DO NOT contact her, do not do a driveby. All these things just add to the hurt and prolong your pain. Let it go. You'll be okay.

Well your feelings are understandable. If she threw you to the curb she must not be that smart right? Do you want a stupid chick? Don't contact her, leave her alone. I am sure the pain seems unbearable now but time heals all wounds (yes, yes, I know that has been said over and over but it is true). Take some time to chill out and just be with Robert. Sometimes we need a little time to yourselves. You needed to be free of that girl so you can be single when the right one comes along. Keep your chin up sweetie!

First think of why she did it. Were you being a wussy man? And by wussy man Im talking like sucking up the girl, buy her affection/buying your way to her heart, treating her like a perfect angel all the time, being predictable, not being decisive ("I donno, where do you want to go/want to do?"). This is typical wussy man/nice guy behavior and it is NOT attractive at all to a girl. It's all about attraction. And girls wouldn't just jump to another guy for no reason (unless they a) had a reason or b) they're superficial). Showing her the opposite of wussy man behavior like being interesting, cocky & funny, challenging, and a good communicator makes it seem like you don't need her (which will make you seem way more valuable "as-is" as a partner!) and that you have other options if she doesn't want to stick around (which is true) makes you look a million times more valuable to her! The best thing to do move on. I know everyone's going to tell you that but it's true because it will let you get over her, and if you seem scarce in her life she will one day want you back in it. Take time to be by yourself. If you run into a new relationship right now, without dealing with the mental issues of this break up, you'll just be hurting yourself in the long run. Don't be a hermit, but don't get into anything serious...Go out with friends, just don't go looking for a new woman just yet!

move on.in this world you use or will be use,hunt or be hunted.you will get someone who will stick by you and love you,shes not the right person for you if someone else will come and steal her from you.there are millions of men in this world so imagine how many times it will hurt you when she finds someone with something you dont have.
