It means she hides behind a mask and shows what people want (or what she wants people to see) rather than what she's feeling inside.

it means what it says. that girls can't express who they are inside. but that's crap. b/c we can. i do all the time. i'm not going to hide behind some fake mask or wall just b/c someone might see me upset or crying...or even yelling. i am who i am. take it or leave it, ya know? be proud of who you are! :)

well in east like in pakistan meaning of these words are girls are very shy so even they fall in love with some one they can't express their feelings infront of their love one they wait for guys response ............
