i have an exam tomorrow n im very clear about crystallographic planes and directions, i need smn to walk me through the labyrinth of atoms n my profs weren't decent enough they snapped at me when i asked about it , they assumed everybody knew but well i didn't

You need to learn to stand up for yourself w/ your profs. If they are to busy to answer during class take advantage of office hours. I had profs where I lived in their offices. If you have classes during there office hours at most schoold you have the right to request an appointment.

You are paying them, if you have a question they should help!
