That is not a close analogy at all. That seems like a close analogy to what they did to the mexicans back in 1848 with the ending of the Mexican-American War. They along with the indians were here first then you. The treaty of Guadalupe Hidalgo guaranteed them full rights here. Honestly, I'm on the fence of the whole illegal immigrants issue. Here's why:

They take jobs away from Americans by taking the lower income jobs. Now, this does mean, however, that they are taking the jobs that most Americans prefer to not have. However with that said, since they are willing to work for cheaper, they decrease the pay Americans would get for those jobs. But in return since they're willing to work for cheaper, they do make it more affordable for even more Americans to live a bit more of a "luxurious" lifestyle. However at the same time, of the money they do make, most if it goes back home and little of it stays in the US. And when they need our resources they use it (i.e. emergency care, schooling) at the expense of taxpayers.

It's kind of like a cycle and it's kind of odd when I think about it - it's like the struggle between the prolitariat and the bourgeoisie during the 1800's.

How would you feel if I said oh and since your in my house I will pay you half of what anyone else would get and work you twice as hard because only Americans are real people. How would you feel if I said oh and sleep in the garage - rent is 150 a week and since I only pay you 75 a week junior over there who can't get an education will just have to go to work.

I am not a big supporter of ilegals but you could at least treat them like people. Oh by the way anytime you want to get those draft dodgeing US ilegals from my country (Canada) that would be okay with me.
