No, although each state does set the rule on the death penalty, I am sure most states feel that their death is more important then the convict's wish.

They can ask, but the answer will be no. The reason it cannot happen is that a death warrant has been issued for the convict. His or her wishes do not over turn the warrant for their death.

Well, they could, but it would just be wishful thinking, lol. No, a last request has to do with meals, phone calls, visits, things like that. No one in their right mind would allow a 'dead man' to go free.

They get a request for last meal, not last wish. They may issue a statement but they don't get any final wishes.

No, but they will occasionally recieve an official pardon. But they can't just ASK to be set free.
