It shouldn't kill but why take a chance?
Some poisons start working overtime & start working after the expiration date.
Poisons shouldn't be believed. They sometimes disappoint!

It would probably still be poisonous, but the supplier will not guarantee its efficacy past the expiration date. Depending on the poison, you could try increasing the dosage to get the desired effect.
