Chocolate Vita muffins nuked in the microwave for 50 seconds and Smart Balance peanut butter over the top (it melts really nice).
I'm addicted. I get my protein, fat and fiber, and it is sooo good! The vita muffins themselves only have 100 calories apiece. I just got to watch the peanut butter consumption.

I take my vitamins with orange juice and then I eat a bowl of cereal. Post Honey bunches of oats with almonds.
