Get a good night's sleep, and take frequent breaks from studying. They say you are only supposed to work for 50 minutes out of the hour, and then take a ten minute break, and that works for me.

If I given you a solution, the way to increase concentration is by the evaporation of water. (All puns intended)
So, as a liquid solution gets more concentrated by the removal of unwanted substance, you can improve your concentration by the removal of distraction.
Be focus and clear about your objective, do one at a time, track your progress and make such your accomplish what you set to achieve for the day, each day. It's important to have a plan and to break the plan down to achievable tasks. Reward yourself when you meet your goals. Set clear goals with measurable objectives and a given timeline to achieve them.

hi i'm ishan and i'm an indian.
u can definately increase your concentration by concentrating on your mind.
you should practise concentration early in the morning and evening.sit in an open place with your empty stomach and close your eyes and try to concentrate and focus on your forehead.take deep breaths and release them slowly.u can concentrate for 10 to 15 minutes and gradually increase.
by this your concentration will definately increase.
u can ask me anything on ishan8444@yahoo.co.in

relaxation and practice. Concentration has been proven to be a learned trait, so it can be improved, but few people know how to do it. If you check out or buy a book on it, you could certainly improve it. I'm working on that now too.

by concentrating on stuff that you like!
practice... in a quiet room.. with NO disturbances...
practice longer.... add time to your concentrations.. use a timer so you don't have to look at a clock
when you get up a little in time.. add a rhythmic distraction.. like a ticking clock... not too loud though.. one that you can ignore after a while...
keep adding time and distractions as you gain skill
