I don't know about your mom being a whore, but she is neglecting you and by not believing you she is endangering your young lives. Here's a 1-800 number, call it now! You love your mom doesn't mean you have to like her actions or lack thereof right now. Protect yourself and your sister!

If all this is true, you need to go to the nearest police department and report this. Take your sister with you. They will need to examine both of you which will determine whether or not either of you have been penetrated. If they have enough evidence, they can bring charges against the boyfriend, but you may still be forced to live with your mother. Depends on the judge's determination of her ability.
This is very difficult. If they do take you out of your mother's home, you will be placed with the nearest family member if there is one. Is there a family member that will provide a safe environment for you?

Do you have any grandparents, uncles, aunts cousins to stay with? You are not safe at all, go live with them, and call the police!!!!

If you are still in school, tell the school's counselor about the sexual abuse. You did the right thing by telling your mom and sadly she didnt listen. To protect yourself and siblings you NEED to tell the school's counselor and also call the department of social services. They will listen and the police will get involved and hopefully put him in jail. To find your local Dept. of social services look in the front of your local phone book. In addition the school's counselor is REQUIRED by law to tell Dept of social services and if the school's counselor does not take you seriously, tell them what I said. Do it monday morning, if you cant wait that long call the dept of social services yourself. Stay at a friend's house this whole weekend. Try to get your siblings to stay at a friend's house too. Tell your friend's mothers if you want another adult's help.

Ifd its true, all you need do is both go to the police, they will protect you, if you don't then he could do the same to you. Or if you can still get in touch with your dad, tell him, i'm sure he would do something ,
if not tell a neighbor, or i can do it for you. i can report it, just tell me where yo ulive who the person who's doing it, and i can call the police from my house. If he is touching you. But you never said how old you was, you can email me privately , if you want.
