use Febreeze... I use it, because it is safe & nontoxic for animals plus it smells great & can be used on many other things in the house, like clothes, furniture, carpet, curtains, etc. without any damage

I came up with a great solution when my cats smelled up my couch. In a spray bottle/bucket/or even in the laundry, add equal parts water, and ammonia, then add some dish soap Palmolive and dawn are the two best I have found. Mix together and use to clean and neutralize your smell. Always test on a hidden area first, as not to discolor a large area.

you can't just cover up the smell, you have to remove all traces of the urine, you can do this with and enzymatic cleaner, look in a pet section of a store, or pet store. Also, you can use a black light to see any traces left behind.

to tell u the truth there really isnt a way to get rid of the uron smell, if it is your animal thats doing it, like a cat or dog, whenever they pee, punish them, wrap up a magazine, put a rubberband around it, grad them by the neck, show them what they have done up close, then give them a good whap in the butt, then put them outside, dont worry it doesnt hurt them, they'll just get sick of you doing that and stop peeing and pee outside, if they are an inside animal let them out every morning when you wake up and tell them to go potty, they will soon get in the habit of peeing outside. If it is a human that is making the smell, get them out of there.

3/4 cup white vinegar and 1/4 cup water, spray on urine and wipe it up. Should take care of it.

are u sure its urine and not "spray" u smell? if its urine you should change the litter more often or perhaps your cat isn't completely litter trained. most likely its spray you smell (especially bad with male cats), it will only go away if you have your cat fixed

I have always felt that a good cleaning with pinesol is one of the better ways.. better than that other stuff that is supposedly designed for that purpose(which I never buy anymore)

Try urinating only in the toilet. Anywhere else is anti-social and frankly disgusting.
