Some kids have disorders that mean they mature far too quickly for their age. You must get him to a doctor who will diagnose the problem, and then you can treat it.
As for "not doing as he is asked", make you you implement rules and BE FIRM WHEN HE DOESNT FOLLOW THEM!! Kids are clever, they know how to get the better of their parents, follow through on your threats and when you say no to something, make sure you keep saying NO til he stops, then praise him. Parenting takes hard work and patience!

Has your son been tested for ADHD? or other possible chemical imbalances? I would agree take your child to a doctor, and also change his diet. No sugar, no caffeine, no artificial flavors, no preservatives it will be a little bit of a pain but it will be worth it. If your child is overweight take him to a dietitian, they are great!

Sounds like he might have elevated testosterone levels, can happen in kids. He needs it investigating as he will have sexual urges that he won't undertsand or be able to control. Take him to your doctor.

Haven't you seen a doctor about this problem? Where's his pediatrician? He needs to see a specialist in hormone production. Please take him now. If your regular doctor doesn't do anything to help you, don't take his answer as final. See someone else. This isn't normal.
