hi im 19 i am 5ft exactly and weigh 113 pounds (8stone) my problem is mainly my bust area is there any way of loosing weight of your back and cheast .....

No! Don't bother! I'm 13 and I weigh as much as you...so just don't. Unless you need it, dieting, especcially extreme dieting, is very dangerous. If you want to, though, try going to the gym. Keep eating, please.

Okay honey listen closely.

No matter what anyone tells you ever:

YOU CANNOT "SPOT" LOSE WEIGHT

You can only lose fat all over. People place high concetrations of fat in different places.

Try excercsing and limiting your calories, say to 1500 at first, if you lose weight at a satisfying rate then up it to 1800 until you lose the fat.

If you end up SUPER SKINNY everywhere except your back and 99.999999999 percent of people dont have that problem, you may have to consider surgery.

Don`t go on diets, you are already tiny at 19. You can lie on you`re stomach and stretch your head back towards your feet in a rocking movement this will tone the back muscles. Put the palms of your hands together and push, this will tone up breast muslces... I work with annorexics, don`t go too far, the results are devistating to all concerned.
