You need lots and lots of time. Cry when you feel sad, laugh when you're happy. Don't try to bottle up your feelings.
In the meanwhile, pamper yourself, occupy yourself with interesting things to do, and surround yourself with positive people.
Maybe three months from now you won't feel so bad anymore. It'll still hurt, but maybe not as much.

There is no way other can help you beside yourself. Face it. Your life still goes on. It is a turning point for you. Take past relationship as a lesson learnt. You now should know what kind of partner you are looking for. Believe in fate. Your dream partner will appear.

Go through a period of mourning the loss of the relationship. Become confident it ended as it should have so you won't think later it could have worked out. Make sure you have friends and do your favorite activities (dancing, bike riding, swimming, cooking.) Make sure you're emotionally ready and not emotionally needy for the next relationship.

Well, take a little time, but the best way to heal is to jump back in that saddle and give it another go.

Go out with a bunch of gay guys. That way you can go to clubs and dance and stuff and feel completely safe at the same time.

Maybe God wants us to meet a few wrong people before meeting the right one so that when we finally meet the right person, we will know how to be grateful for that gift... dont be sad coz it over.. cheer up coz it happened.

First of all I feel your pain. Try to find yourself, do things you never thought you would have the courage to do, spend time with friends and family, club, just don't dwell on it cause it will only make you feel worse!!!
