Only if they were born with female parts that are in working order. A guy that has had a sex change can NEVER be pregnant.

You need to clear up your terms
do you mean a male cross dresser?
do you mean a hermaphrodite?
someone born with both male and female parts?
or someone who had a sex change?
The answer is no to all three.
but each has a different answer as to why not...
