Don't do it! My God, with Hemorrhoids? They will turn into a severe case, involving bleeding, thromboses, serious pain, perhaps operation - let alone the loosening of the sphincter (she won't be able to control when she's going to the bathroom). Just respect her health for God's sake, you can have sex otherwise
