A leader is one that doesn't concern themselves with leading. They are focused only on that which they need to attain. A leader is one who in this cause will help any looking to attain the same thing. A leader is a person that can see where they are going.

A good leader is not an egomaniac.
A good leader trains his or her followers in such a way that they may lead others in time.
