Actually I think lung cancer is number 1 and breast cancer is 2nd.

Lung cancer is number one cancer killer of women. Women smokers are more susceptible to getting lung cancer than men.

PS - men can get breast cancer too.

However, 72,130 women are expected to die of lung cancer this year, and 40,970 women are expected to die of breast cancer. These represent the top two cancer killers for women in the US.

I don't know what #2 is, but breast cancer doesn't kill more women than heart disease does. Heart disease kills more than all types of caners and diseases combined for women.
