Hi PornStar:
Your question makes me laugh.....
and I ask back a question to you;
actually a few questions.

Why are you going to church anyway?
and Why do you have to take the mags
with you? Can't you wait? Wowww

What is really bothering you?

Get control of your own life, and
stop wasting our time, your time,
and the time of the church...

You are choosing your direction,
we aren't, nor is the church.

luv
and thoughts,
Ava

Yes, sometimes sermons may be boring, but the reason why you come to church is because you need to build your faith! What's the point in going to church and reading a magazine like that? This is not only hurtful to God but offensive as well. Maybe try talking to your pastor that some admends has to be done to make the sermons more interesting. If you feel that way, perhaps there are others too. Be the helpful one!

God Bless You! =)

If the sermon is boring, ask yourself why? Am I seeking to learn what God's word says? Something good and profitable can be obtained from most any lesson. If we want to go to heaven than we have to do what God says the way he says and for the reason he says to do or not to do for he provides this blissful residence in eternity, John 14:6: Ephesians 1:7; Philippians 3:20. The questions above we all have to ask ourselves. Meanwhile worship him in Spirit and in truth, John 4:24 (with the proper attitude and according to truth). As far as the magazines you might look at 1 Timothy 2:9-10 and Colossians 3:1-5 Keep searching!

You will burn wherever you go, even to heaven.

It has long been known that, according to Revelation 21:8, the maximum possible temperature of hell is equal to the boiling point of brimstone, known to chemists as sulfur, which is 445 C (833 F) at normal pressure.

In 1972, an unnamed environmental physicist (Applied Optics 11(8), 1972, p.A14) used some data for heaven (or, technically, the future location of the people of Jehovah) from Isaiah 30:26 for the well-known Stefan-Boltzmann fourth-power law for radiation. The Stefan-Boltzmann equation relates temperature to blackbody radiant energy. From the equation, the temperature of heaven was calculated to be 525 C (1067 F).

For over twenty-five years the implication that heaven is literally "hotter than hell" has been a disconcerting dilemma to both theologians and the laity (see Time magazine, 21 August 1972).

However, reporting in the July issue of Physics Today (p.96), Jorge Mira Perez and Jose Vina from the University of Santiago in Spain re-examined the original calculation and determine that the data had been based on a "seven times seven" translation of the Isaiah verse, rather than the actual "seven times" (sevenfold) intensity. The correct translation was confirmed by Eugenio Romero Pose, the auxiliary Roman Catholic bishop of Madrid.

Therefore, the total radiation from the moon and sun falling on heaven is 8 times greater than radiation falling on Earth from the sun in Isaiah's (and our) time. Using an Earth surface temperature of 25 C (77 F), the corrected temperature of heaven was calculated to be 231 C (450 F).

So the traditional belief is correct -- at 1067 F, hell is definitely much hotter than heaven.

So read your mags..
John

No, going to church is like going to school, at school you learn about math-English etc. and church you learn about Jesus
and what we humans have to live by, If you believe in god truly
and believe in heaven and hell then considering adult mags in church is wrong, but if your there because people are forcing you
then you are not ready for god and in your heart it's not wrong,
then loOKing at mags at church is ok! Don't let people brain wash you about god because every culture has a god and it's not the same god, so what does that mean? we were told about god
because the government wants us to be sane and be afraid of a
higher being which can save our souls. without the knowledge
of god and being afraid we would all go crazy and destroy each other. So reallyy look into that? by the way if god was
reall and good like everyone says then why is he hypocritical
by being jealous, in the 10 commandments "god says thou shalt
not have any other gods before me for I am a jealous god"
isn't jealousy a sin! hummm? oh well we'll find out when we die.

I can understand that they bore you for apparently you missed the sermon about how it doesn't matter what you bring to church, or what sins you commit or even if you only tell one lie in your entire life but live totally free from temptations or sin you still don't make it or come up to God's requirements. Man is born into sin so he/she doesn't have to sin at all and still be sinful. Jesus Christ died, shed His Blood, to atone for the sins, all sins, past, present and future, of human man. Not sinning doesn't keep man from judgment but only accepting Christ Sacrifice. Even those that are saved still sin but they are forgiven those sins. Your question reveals more of a bias you have against Church, Christians and possibly anything to do with God for I doubt you are concerned about anything you would do at Church.

Stop going to church if you are going to take porn w/ you. If church bores you, find other ways to be spiritual. Read the Bible at home. Do a google search about religion.

uhh..well i don't think it's your fault that it's so boring..i mean..thats part of the reason why i don't like going to church...but i don't think you'll burn in hell...i mean...are you a good person? taking dirty magazines to church isn't that serious of a crime...but it doesn't look morally right either...it seems rather strange...and i guess disrespectful.....you should definitly stop doing that.
