Imet my husband on a blind date 13 years and 4 beautiful children ago. It doesn't work for everyone but you never know until you give it a shot.

blind dates are bad i went on one last time iand the gurl i went out wit was not the same gurl her friends descride she was 200 puonds and her friends said she look like a younger hally berry so like blinds date atre bad unless you have a pic and you realy trust her friends

yes buddy...been to lots of them. it can come in any form.
the secret is, dont expect too much. pictures dont say anything buddy. they only show the color of hair, eyes and that's all.
so just go there, and expect to meet the ugliest girl in the world. if she turns out to be beautiful, intelegent and interesting, then that will cheer you up.

yes and it was horrible, at least for me it was. my "friend" double dated with me and she set me up with this guy that she knew i wasn't going to like. i was not psycially attracted to him at all, he was seriously overweight, 3x my size and he was soooo desperate. he tried to kiss me right away and he brought me a dozen red roses which i thought was a little much for a blind date. he was really really really nervous and stuttered and spit on me when he talked....it just goes on and on and on it was bad. i was nice to him though....but i had to be a little forward to tell him to back off.

uh i have and it was HORRIBLE when i got to the restaurant the girl i saw was SO ugly it wasn't even funny........the worst part is that that wasn't a girl.....it was a transvestite ( that's a cross dresser)(and it was my friend that hooked me up w/ him/her as a joke i didn't think it was funny at all)(just to let u know i ran out of the restaurant after hearing his voice ewwwwww

that depends on the ones who are on it. it ones feels it was bad, Then yes it would be, but thats no sign it was to the other person.
