Find out a little about her from close friends, family, looking around her locker (school) or desk (office) to see what kinds of things interest her. Then, learn about those things and strike up a conversation about it. For instance, if she loves a sport, find out about it and ask her if she saw such and such team play this weekend. Just make sure you can give feedback when she starts talking about it.
THEN give some room and come around briefly again, and again. Ease your way into her life so you build some trust and interest. I wouldn't tell her you love her all of a sudden - try to build a friendship. It takes patience but then you'll see if you really love her or not.

Because as you have said, she doesnt like talking to boys. There can be many reasons. But you dont need to know why. Rather than thinking about how you can declare your love, maybe you should first become her friend through activities...etc. Please do not put in too much love emotions at this stage. Hold it back!
Show her your responsibility, mature, caring...etc side, through the good work you have done (for the group). Help her with tasks, and please dont give her presents all of a sudden. When both of you build a closer friendship, then the part about confessing your love will come naturally, when you can be sure that she likes you too.

lets c.... get 1 of her friends to do it 4 u... or write her letter ( u cud use a bit of good handwritting to put a bit more charm in2 it.. i know i fell 4 it ) or get her number from her friend and call her...coz there's no other way. but the best of doing it is to talk to her face to face..get one of her friends to get her to come somewhere and ur there.

you are lusting, you might think you love her, but when you get to know her, thats a whole other ballgame. and she doesn't have the same feelings for you. telling her you love her when she doesn't have the same feelings for you is a mistake and i wouldn't do it

take her hand into your hand, look into her eyes and tell her how much you like her, what you like about her then tell her "I love you"...Good luck..
may be she is too shy , but she doesnt like to talk to guys lets hope she doesn't like girls.
