well...it could mean that if you are inlove, you can't really see the other side of the person you are inlove with.
You might be blinded by the feelings you have for that person, that you might not be able to think rationally(?).
But don't live by that saying, its good to be inlove but make sure you still use your mind, that's why the heart is in the center but the brain is on top.

I think that it means that when you are in love, your eyes (the "sexiness" that you usually look for) may be not quite as there

I've heard that one befor and i think that it means that.when ur in love that nothing else around you matters becuause all you see it the love for that person.
