Dou you know of a good wourk-outs, that i can do w/out going to a gym, to help me build my chest up and abs

Can you b more specific on how is the best way to do these work-outs????

Chest...pushups will work wonders. Vary the space between your hands as you do them...start off by doing ten with your hands close together, then 10 with shoulder length apart, then 10 with them wider than your shoulders. Increase the reps as your strength builds.

Abs...crunches and situps. Don't forget your obliques...side crunches and sidebends work well for those. Also...whenever you THINK about your abs during the day, not matter what you are doing, tighten them up! That will help

If you want them to be visible, you need to do cardio exercise such as running, fast walking, eliptical, biking, etc.

Push ups, Pull Ups, Weight lifting (you can get equiptment at places like Dick's and Sports Authorities.
Arm Curls, Running, Jogging, Swimming (that one really helps)
Kick boxing. Sit Ups, Crunches, riding your Bike

To build your chest and abs, you will need exercises like presses and flyes (chest) and sit-ups (abs). For those you will need equipment (weights and benches). If you're not going to go to a club to use them, you'll have to buy them to use at home.

Guys only huh? Well try sit ups, crunches with weights, lots of reps and push-ups push-ups push-ups. Eat protein and drink water.
And that's miss power lifter to you.
