I know a lady that was here in the US illegally. She and her husband decided that they didnt want to get pregnant right now since they were both working 2 jobs each to save up to make their house in Mexico. So the lady went to a hispanic clinic (she couldnt go to a normal doctor, since she didnt have insurance. She didnt have insurance, because even if she wanted to, because of her lack of a SSN she would not qualify for insurance.) The clinic was all the way downtown. When she got there she went and asked to see the doctor about birth control. They told her she would have to have papers to see the doctor. She didnt. So she left. So my question is this, if our government is so worried about anchor babies, then why wont they let illegals have birth control?

The thing is that they cant go to a regular doctor, the doctors ask for SSN's addresses, and insurance that they cannot get! They are building a house in Mexico, not buying.

They do--we have centers for that.

And many can not afford medical-and since so many get it free (who shouldn't)-those who live here will never get help with their medical. It is time to cut benefits from others-and give to citizens only. We can't help the world-but we can take care of ours.

I understand what your saying. I have a suggestion, I know that she can go to Planned Parenthood. No insurance is needed. I volunteered there briefly and I suspect a few of the people were illegal. We never asked questions about legal staus and birth control is available there. Fees are a sliding scale, you really don't need a paystub, but it is useful to determine the fee. She can pay as much as she can periodically. Pills may only cost her 5 dollars a month, depending on how much she makes with her husband. I have never seen anyone turned away. If you have one in your area, maybe she could check it out. I do respect her decision for responsible parenthood planning and hope she is able to get what she needs. It is certainly cheaper for the taxpayer if birth control is used.

Uniting the rustic with yet another disaster? it is authentic that the solidarity the rustic had publish 9-11 did no longer stay to tell the story the subsequent graduating type. I used to think of the comparable element relating to a distinctive disaster getting our eye back on the ball yet, I genuinely have replaced my suggestions approximately that. we've had some failures because then and it did no longer help. Katrina, 7-7 in London and now a bridge give way. In each case, the partisans jumped on the prospect to launch a sparkling volley of finger pointing blame video games peppered with wild, irrational, irresponsible, disrespectful, illogical, hurtfull, waste-complete postulations and accusations. Hmmmmm, she and her husband are working 2 jobs EACH to save up for their house in Mexico? Well, I think they should be able to fork out enough money to pay for the visit to a private doctor and pay for their prescription for birth control. Why should American taxpayers pay for their birth control?? Many Americans do NOT own their own homes, but you think Americans should subsidize birth control for these 2 illegal immigrants while they are socking away their money from their 4 jobs to save up to buy themselves a home in Mexico??!! Oh, give me a break!!!

Planned Parenthood will take care of the illegals...at least the clinic I am involved in. We have never turned anyone away wanting to NOT get pregnant.

I think your argument is a cop out. Condoms are the easiest thing in the world to get free. The health department always gives them out for free and there are a lot of things that they give out to illegals for free there so I'm sure that if she bothered to check there, they would give her FREE birth control of some type.

OK first of all , if you are a true American, and you know of some one in the U.S. illegally you should report them A.S.A.P., if you don't you are aiding criminal activity , and such a act is what real Americans consider " TREASON ".

Second to that , why should we pay for them ? they should not be here in the first place. This is the current problem in America, people are trying to find arguments to make every one doubt our stance. We don't want to pay for the medical needs of illegals, we also don't want illegals in the U.S.

That "Hispanic" lady was probably you. If you don't like using condoms, stop screwing and wait till you get in to that 'house in Mexico', then f-¢k your eyeballs out, it won't be costing the USA tax money then. We DON'T want 'anchor babies', so don't go producing them, they will be abhorred by legal tax paying citizens.

Illegals need to take some responsibility for their own lives and stop depending on the AMERICAN government. If she doesn't want to have kids, push the old man off and close her legs.

Instead of all that, why didn't she just buy a pack of condoms? They really aren't that expensive.

But I still see your point. But I also don't agree with the government providing anything free to illegals. Anything. I guess I'm torn.
