How far up the side of the building are you? - could be dangerous.

If you are calling them your ex, it's probably time. Good luck to you.

I found the perfect time to let go of my ex is when I found his hands on another woman, specifically a crack-whore. Eww is all I can say, and that spoiled me from ever thinking that I would get back together with him again! When thinking about him hurts you, makes you sick to your stomach, or makes you so angry you could go to jail for your thoughts, it's time to make a clean break and just get away, for your own sanity!

When you cannot function on a daily basis because you are so caught up in the pain that you are no longer together and you still talk to him but you are nowhere near anywhere getting back together. That is the time to let him go. Why cause yourself pain. Move on and heal.

here's my strategy..... i make my own rules when i can... and dating is one area where thats applicalble.... u dont really need
to let go.... if ur asking this... ur probably not ready... think of all
the times u had and put them in a "virtual" filing cabinet... that
way u can go back and go thru them whenever u want.... but
by actually visualizing the filing process... it kinda gets it outta
your system... and into somewhere manageable... then go
about your business... honor your right to be moved by the relationship... and remember... men can be friends as well
as lovers... hope it helps
