first of all depends on ur parent second depends on u, play basket ball drink around 4 milk cups in a day remember a jumping session all mornings 4-7 minutes a normal day 8-10 in weekend make push-ups (that will help u to jump higher) try avoiding medicine some times they are bad for growing. do natural exercises, don't carry heavy thing ull soon grow until ur 18 it will be decided i u will be tall or small

Take vitamins and eat leafy greens such as spinach. You should take a liquid vitamin! Cod liver oil. Go to a health food store and talk to them! Also hanging from a bar will make you grow! You should be at least three feet from the ground and hang by your hands!

who knows. right now all you need to do and focus on is drinking milk. jump rope or something similar...don't lose hope there is always a way...and how tal is 150 cm??? 5'2"???

depends on the genes of ur family... not true that u will get taller once u got ur first period coz am still small. aarrggghh

around 1 more inch but it really depends on how tall ur parents are. if they're tall enough theres nothing to worry about.
