yes, at the end of the day the sin is you actually stealing. If you want to give to the less fortunate you should use money that you've earnt/ raised yourself and not somebody elses money.

Of course. If you choose to give your own moeny away, that is a great thing, but to steal it away for another first is still wrong. The 10 Commandments say "Thou shall not steal" It doesn't give a list of exceptions to this rule. At least not that I have ever found.

yeah, stealing is stealing. Why don't you just get a job so you can help the less fortunate. That way you can give them some of your money.

Yes, the sin actually cancels out your good deed.

Yes. The Bible does not make any excuses for stealing. It mere says: thou shall not steal. If you take something that does not belong to you, regardless of the reason, then that is stealing. Your motive is of no consequence to God. He has his rules and he expects them to be obeyed. If a person is poor, then there is a reason for it. God does not deliberately make people poor---most poor people are victims of their own foolishness. God commands that we help the poor, regardless of how they got that way, but he expects us to do so out of the resources God has given us and to do it HIS way.

Yes, stealing is wrong. If you want to help the poor, try earning the funds instead of robbing people.

well.....it isnt right to steal money even though your intentions were good....you did a good deed...but not the right way....because it's not your money...if it was your money than don't you think that would seem more generous rather than stealing someone elses money...i mean what if they needed that money? confess and tell what you did with the money
