You need really good shoes. If you are on your feet all day, you should be wearing a tennis shoe that has some shock absorbers in them...so you aren't bearing so much pressure down on your feet. You may want to increase your water intake as well. Sounds like you may be a bit dehydrated. If you don't like water, you can supplement it by drinking Crystal Light...my dad just lost 30 lbs in 1 month by cutting out his sugar intake and drinking a ton of Crystal Light. When you get home at night, elevate your legs so the blood will flow freely. I hope this helps you. :o)

Have yourself a nice relaxing bath when you get home... put some peppermint essential oil in as well, this is soothing on the legs. Then put your feet up for the rest of the night. Try not to cross your legs as this can make it worse.

Poor you, I used to have this. There a number of things you can do. Firstly, get enough sleep - mine were much worse when I was overtired. Secondly, wear support tights - the highest level you can get - though this is not very appealing in this weather. Thirdly, and very importantly, get some decent exercise such as walking for half an hour a day to get the blood pumping round your legs properly. This helped me!

This is a simple question that a lot of people have problems with when they are on there feet most of the day. First thing you need to do is get some support hose/socks. This will help you with your circulation. Second is get good boot that have good support. Also if you are standing in one spot on concrete be sure to put a pad or something like that down to stand on.

If you stretch more often, it'll help to elongate the muscles in your legs -- while stretching, itself, won't feel fabulous, it will probably help, in the long-run, with the discomfort.

You can also lay on your back, and elevate your legs -- lay at the bottom of your stairs or your sofa with your legs propped up for about 15 minutes. This helps me, alot.

Buy shoes or boots from a reputable pedorthorist ( they are the ones who fill prescriptions for the podiatrists).
You will notice a huge difference!
