Well, I don't know if drinking milk makes anything special to your skin more over it makes your whole organism healty. But. If you have so much milk you can have a bath in it... it will make your skin smooth (like did it to Cleopatra, she had a donkey-milk-bath)
One of my friend had once dropped on her bare foot some sour-cream, and it was staying there only for a few seconds - while she was trying to get to the bathroom to move it away - but afterwards her foot was just soft and smooth... (As I'm thinking about it, sour-cream is different, because there're special "living" bacteria in it... so it's more "active" than the milk...)

Milk is an emulsion of fat globules, and
a suspension of casein micelles (casein, calcium, phosphorous),
all of which are suspended in an aqueous phase,
that contains solublized lactose, whey proteins, and some minerals.
Leukocytes in milk are part of the suspended phase.
well the calcium helps the bones and helps keep the skin from drying out.
hope this helps.

water is what you need for good skin... milk is good for your bones, oh that's semi skimmed by the way because the calcium is in the watery part of the milk, not as thought the cream, which clogs arteries
