On TV a woman talked about a lonely woman claimed that she had sex at with someone she could not see just feel. She said it was true because a bad spirit had attaced it self to her for sexual purposes and it is a bad thing. True or not I am very curious?

No. Though the memory of the person may still stay in their minds the spirit is either in one of 2 places. Either They went with god or the world

Yes,very much so.People can be harassed by 'spirits'.These are demons.
The Bible tells us that when we die we go back to the dust from which we came.(Gen.3:19)
Eccl9:5 tells us -"For the living are conscious that they will die,but as for the dead they are conscious of nothing at all..."
So it is not possible that she would be having sex with 'someone' who has died,because the Bible likens death to a deep sleep,whereby the dead are not aware of anything.Unfortunately for this woman for one reason or another she has invited demons into her life.Demons are angels that once were obedient spirit sons of God.But who decided to side with Satan,and because of their blatant disobedience and rebellion,they are now demons who have no place amongst God's angelic family.So they reside down in the earths vicinity.(Rev.12:7-12)

Some believe that this is possible the spirit that is male is called an Incubus and female spirit is called a Succubus. Possible? I don't know. I have had some pretty vivid dreams of having sex with my deceased wife. Did it really happen? I woke up exhausted.

there is a sleep condition known as sleep paralysis which also has another condition that is commonly attached called hypnogogic state .. this is a chemical induced state that is released at the brink of sleep to stop us acting out our dreams .. if one is not fully asleep when this is released it can produce a waking dream like state and a paralysis which .. can often be confused with something " real " happening
this state is known for people reporting alien abductions .. old hag syndrome ( someone sitting on you ) and also the incubus and succubus ( demons having sex during sleep )
its a very frightening but very common condition

I am sure that she BELIEVED that this was the case. The human mind is very powerful and you can make yourself believe just about anything. I highly doubt it though.
