try eating jello. It helps with hair and nail. Also eat more things with Zinc, Vitamin E and A, and use a proper shampoo. Maybe you had some chemical process that damaged your hair.
In my country people use an infusion of rosemary and henna to make the hair grow strong and quick. Just put some leaves in hot water, boil them for a minute or two, let it cool and apply the infusion to your hair, starting from the root. Leave it for 20 minutes and rinse it off with water only. Use it every week, once or twice (the only thing is that rosemary makes the hair go dark, so if you're blonde, you'll also have to use chamomile infusion to make it clear again). You could also try olive oil: warm it a little, apply it to the hair, cover your head with a warm towel and leave it for 15 minutes. Wash your hair with a soft shampoo. Do it every week.

Sounds like you are abusing your hair. Don't use excessive amounts of any hair product.
Once a week wash your hair with a clear shampoo, brand doesn't matter. It stops the buildup of hair products that will make your hair brittle.
Try a style that takes little care.

The same thing happened to me. It turned out that I had hypothyroidism (something is wrong with my thyroid gland). To see if you have that, too, get some bloodwork done. If that is the problem, all you have to do is take a tablet once a day.
My hair is all better now!

Provillus aggressively seeds your scalp to create the optimum environment for new, healthy hairs. It supplies the proper nutrition to bring dead hair follicles back to life or prevent hair loss from occurring!
Hope this will help.

Could be anything.
How old are you?
Most clinics offer blood work for reasonable prices, a "blood screening."
It is a cheap test to see if it is hormonal, like thyroid.
