Mine was when I was with an attractive young lady at a restaurant. At one point, I got up from our table and excused myself to visit the men's room. When I went to wash my hands at the sink, the tap was stuck, so I pushed and pulled at the contraption, only to be suddenly drenched with spraying water in the front of my light colored khaki pants! You can imagine what that could visually imply, and I was completely mortified. I did my best to dry myself with the hot air hand dryer, before doing my best to slip back in my chair at our table, trying to keep my pants issue undetected!

I was 16 then.
I wore a white long sleeve top.
I spray my perfume on my chest who knew there are 2 quirts just on the spot of the nipples and then there's a mark there.. which my date asked if I delibrately sprayed onto the spot......
