Don't waste your money on any excercise or diet scams that are supposed to improve your vision. There is nothing that can be done to change the shape of your eye, except laser surgery. Unless you go that route, all you can do is wear contacts or glasses like millions of others do. If there was a simple way that worked...it wouldn't be a secret, and everyone who is stuck with bad vision would do it.

Carrots apparently. But one thing that works for sure is spending time in the sun. Vitamin E improves vision.

The carrot thing was a myth put around during the second world war to convince the German airforce that our night fighter pilots could see in the dark, when in actual fact it was because we had a secret weapon called radar.

Any food that is rich in Vitamin-A. Examples:
Fish liver oils [e.g.,Cod-liver oil],
Carrots,
Green vegetables,
You can get Cod-liver oil in drug-store, and vegetables with vegetable vendors.

vitamin A contain vegetables and fruits improves vision. eg. carrot, papaya, yellow coloured fruits contains more vit A.

any food rich in vitamin a carrots is the highest eat them raw if possible as when they are cooked they loose nutrients, its usually yellow coloured foods also like papaya yellow peppers etc

Vit A but please don't take too much of it, I thikn it will make U yellowish..
U can buy eye supplements.
Like Blackmores for Eyes, they have one ingredient which is helpful but I forgot what.. EyeBright?
