Go see the doctor to find out what's wrong. Meanwhile, rest alot and don't do things that need alot of energy. And drink water.

The questions here amaze me - go see a doctor. If you are 17, usually are able to run and now are suddenly having problems breathing how do you expect someone here to tell you what is wrong?

Firstly - you can develop asthma at any age
Secondly - you might have pneumonia and not realize it - I did last July
Thirdly - any time you get a sudden headache and can't breathe it could be something serious

Hope you are still healthy enough and alive to read this note

Hi, i think you are not in shape, maybe you have some stress and can be just a little panic attack. walk first faster and if you feel the same symptoms, go to your doctor and tell him your symptoms, you are to young to have this problems. i hope this will help you.

Are you getting enough fluids before and during your run? You could be dehydrating.

You must be retarded if you feel the need to ask this question on the Internet instead of seeing a doctor. I mean, it's only breathing, right? Duh....
