You really can't tell which one you have and since they are all treated the same, it does not matter much. Wash the area well with warm soapy water. Apply a thin coat of an anti-itch medication like benadryl or hydrocortizone. Keep the area dry and clean. It should clear up in a few days. Take a benadryl pill to help with the itch and inflammation. Make sure you wash what ever clothes you were wearing in really hot water to get rid of the remaining poison.

They all put out the same skin irritant (urushiol), so the treatment is the same.
I hike in areas with poison oak, and I've had good luck with Zanfel, but it's pricy.
You might try talking to a doctor or pharmacist, and see what they say.
