U.S. soldiers are killing innocent people and raping young girls in Iraq.What's that??cost of democracy??

I'm from Iraq and live in the USA and i want to speak a little honestly bout it ....I'm sick of bush and of Americans say (oh..we came to ur country only to get rid of saddam)...i say that saddam was never a bad guy Towards Iraqis Especially that I'm christian and that he treated christians better than his own ppl so i say that Bush and Americans made a very deep mistake by going there.......i hate this!!!!!!

You make it seem that the American soldiers are going around killing people just for fun. I'm sure that's not the case at all. When the Iraqi murderers surround themselves with civilians for protection and a fight breaks out, the Americans have two options. One- - - fight back, knowing that some civilians will be harmed. Two - - - permit the gangsters to kill all of you in order that the civilian shields won't be harmed. What would you do ?
As for raping young girls. Where there are many thousands of people of any class ( soldiers in this case ) there will be some who will do things that are strictly against the rules. If a couple of soldiers are proven to have raped a girl, they should be given a more severe punishment that if they were part of the civilian population. The action of soldiers reflect on their country

I think when you train soldiers to kill and send them to war none of the consequences will be pretty. We don't know all the details of what happened but just like in Vietnam & Korea kids in Iraq are killing soldiers too. While there is no excuse for raping by anybody the soldiers could have been attacked first.
The Iraqi police had no idea Americans were involved till the Americans did their own investigation. We may never know the whole story. On the other hand we don't know what happens in the minds of some of the soldiers when they are fighting for their lives, it is a hell that no one should have to go through. I fully support our soldiers.

Prat! Don't you know what really is happening in Iraq! You Probably do not want to give a balanced and indepent view.
We can all get on the band wagon and have a go at the tiny minority that have done the wrong but you seem to forget the massive lose of life caused by the Iraqi's on Iraqi's.
US marines do not use women and children as shields. US marines do not send 5 year olds out with handgrenades and US marines do not give rpgs to 7 year olds. Nor do they do televised beheadings. Rape in a country where women are second class citizen goes widely unreported.
Get a balanced and realistic view and argument if you want to spout of.

Come on - do not be daft. A few soldiers have done that. They have been caught and will be punished. They brought shame on themselves, their fellow GIs and their country.
In asking the question you hide from the fact that terrorists are killing thousands of innocent men, women and children. Setting Muslim against Muslim and very few people in their society are doing anything to stop them.
Please do not hide from the truth. Democracy is catching and punishing offenders and it has been shown in action to work.

And black men are filling our US prisons for Rape, Murder, Drugs, and armed robbery. That must be the cost of the end of slavery? I am being sarcastic. Remember that a few bad people in a group, do not mean that the group is bad. Would you say that Muslims are all murderous terrorists? I think not, even though some of them are, But the US media has taught you to love the muslims, so you do. But our servicemen who risk their lives, well you have no problem putting them all in one group and calling them rapists and murderes, because that is what CNN told you. First of all it is not all US slodiers that are doing that. So lets give some of them a little credit. For the ones who are raping and killing they deserve to be punished.

People are bound to go bonkers when in that kind of a situation. Remember that it is a minority of people who do those things -- not the majority. Remember we have date rape that goes on even in the most moral situations in the US. Something is wrong, it's true. It is horrible, horrible, horrible. What insurgents have done to us and others is twice as horrible... I have no answers, just this comment. They won't get away with it, you know. Our enemies will get away with worse than we get away with!

yes killing the innocent and raping young girls........no.if they did that there is no excuse to be doing that but its happened before and not just u.s. soldiers.
