Because that's what you take note of. There are probably just as many not-fat people who have McDonalds bags, but you don't have any reason to take note of those occurances because of an inner bias.

McDonalds aside, have you ever looked at the other motorists around you when you are driving? The best count I've ever gotten was six overweight ppl before I saw 1 skinny person. We are as a society getting fattewr because of our love of "fast food" particularly, Mc D's
