There isn't one
Revelations is just talking about the book of Revelations, the book of Revelations shouldn't have anything added to it. the writer of Revelations couldn't be talking about the whole Bible because he didn't consider it a part of the Bible because the Bible wasn't put together until a good 200 years after the writer died. before that Revelations was scripture that not every Christian even thought was the word of God.

Revelation 22:18 states that anyone who adds to the Bible will be condemned. Therefore, calling abortion a sin is adding to the Bible. Calling smoking a sin is adding to the Bible. Calling premarital sex a sin is adding to the Bible. And, though we would disagree, even calling slavery a sin is adding to the Bible.

Well, Revelation has something to that effect, however, I think you are referring to the Canon of the Bible. That is, what makes the Bible 'the written word of God.'

That was something which the Catholic Church decided and declared to be true when it closed the Canon of the Bible. Nothing could be added or detracted without it being the "Holy Bible," the written word of God.

Noteworthy: Catholic Bible have 73 books; non-Catholic Christian Bibles have 66 books.

Proverbs 30:5,6 says it pretty clearly:

5 Every word of God is pure;
He is a shield to those who put their trust in Him.
6 Do not add to His words,
Lest He rebuke you, and you be found a liar.

Some people that teach that doctrine also understand Revelation 22:18,19 to apply to the entire Bible:

18 For[i] I testify to everyone who hears the words of the prophecy of this book: If anyone adds to these things, God will add[j] to him the plagues that are written in this book; 19 and if anyone takes away from the words of the book of this prophecy, God shall take away[k] his part from the Book[l] of Life, from the holy city, and from the things which are written in this book.

1 Cor 4:6 (NIV) Now, brothers, I have applied these things to myself and Apollos for your benefit, so that you may learn from us the meaning of the saying, "Do not go beyond what is written."

Proverbs 30: 6 Do not add to his words, or he will rebuke you and prove you a liar.

Deuteronomy 12: 32 See that you do all I command you; do not add to it or take away from it.

Deuteronomy 4 Hear now, O Israel, the decrees and laws I am about to teach you. Follow them so that you may live and may go in and take possession of the land that the LORD, the God of your fathers, is giving you. 2 Do not add to what I command you and do not subtract from it, but keep the commands of the LORD your God that I give you.

Revelations 22:18

18 For I testify unto every man that heareth the words of the prophecy of this book, If any man shall add unto these things, God shall add unto him the plagues that are written in this book:
