Organic Flax Seed Oil (and the seeds YUM)

They don't kill poor fishies, they're safer for the Earth, and THEY're Healthyer b/c they don't have pollutents like fish or Mercuery (if you get Organic). Fish FEEL PAIN, eat a plant... save our oceans / rivers and your health
;-)
You can also use Flax Seeds as an Egg replacer in recipies, you can't do that with Fish or Fish oil LOL! ! !

This is such a good question! Thanks for asking it. I have been trying to decide this myself. I read some information here:
http://www.curezone.com/forums/m.asp?f=55&i=333

about the dangers of flaxseed oil. I haven't found any information about fish oil being dangerous, but that doesn't mean the information is not out there.

One interesting thing I read recently said that we could get all of the things we need nutritionally if we would just eat the proper foods. That is easier said than done with toxins in fish and the way that we refine foods in the US.

I didn't mean to ramble. I hope you find your answer!

The answer to your question is the Fish Oil. The reason is that fish oil is omega 3 but when you read the label notice it is in the form of DHA and EPA. The flax oil is not and the body will interconvert some of the flax to DHA/EPA but not very well. The fish oil form is much more beneficial to the body for the immune system, cardiovascular system, nervous system, and well you get the idea. You will feel nothing from taking these supplements. Stick with the fish, or you can get it from eating cold water fish like salmon or mackerel.

That's because niether of them really do that much for you. It's all placebo and new-age fiction. A good example is bee pollen. Pollen comes from flowers, not bees.
