from what I've seen for answers the men say avoid her... the women say treat her like a queen... As a Woman I say treat her like you would any other day of the week when she isnt on her period. Yeah she is gonna be moody but you know guys have moods too... OH yeah and not many women will have sex during this time so save up for the day after! Life goes on no matter how you choose to act.

First of all, on behalf of women across the world, THANK YOU for actually being considerate enough to ask. Secondly, my advice is to discuss this issue at some point when she's NOT on her periods (therefore less moody) and ask her what she NEEDS during that time. Most of us being pretty eratic, moody, one second we wanna dance and laugh, next minute we want to cry and just ball up in bed. It's all hormonal and NOT personal at all.
I prefer to be alone when I get like that, but other women may feel differently. As with any other issue in a relationship, I would definitely suggest you talk to her about it - everyone is different.
Good Luck!

Dress in medieval armor, wear a cross and garlic and keep your pie hole shut. If need be duct tape your mouth shut. Maybe go into a coma for a couple of days. And make sure she has chocolate on hand. Or yours will be in her hand. Also hide sharp objects. And DO NOT let her ask you trick questions, "Do you think I'm fat","Do you still love me". Just answer that's she's the only woman you'll ever want in your life. Any deviation from this and yours could be cut short.

It's not about you...
It's how she feels...
Imagine being hammered in the "jewels" and then in the gut when you're not looking. Thats how she feels.
She needs you to understand that and keep her distracted -
NOT with sex...stuff like walking, working in the yard, a game of cards, playstation, kick a soccer ball around, go to a museum or aquarium, sit in a hot tub or go for a swim, go to the beach and run in the waves...whatever...not just sitting around and feeling awful.
being quiet or avoiding her are the two things you should not do.

No don't avoid her but she might want more alone time. Be understand and know that it's not you that is making her that way, it's nature and it will soon pass.
Maybe offer to rub her tummy because we get crampy, or get her a hot bag or water bottle, run a nice relaxing bath for her. It will improve her mood and in turn improve your existence during these times. =0)

Buy her a tiara to wear whenever she is experiencing her monthly, that way you will know when it's happenning. As far as her mood, be careful, be sensitive, keep her laughing and busy, don't let her think about it tooo much, then you should be okay. Good Luck

Give her a supply of chocolate, pain reliever and maybe a heating pad and then let her work through her moods. Just make sure not to get in any serious conversations with her right now.

Be understanding. Do not avoid her. Tell her you understand how she feels. Let her rest and maybe you can take over the house work. Just do whatever to make her feel better.

No that will probably only make things worse. Try agree with basically everything the rant and raves about even if you don't agree. She'll like you a lot more for that.
