I need an advice please!! How can i forget a guy which i love for 4 years ago?? I know it's a stupid question...but i need an advice :)

oh! really, thanks, here it is....
whenever i meet the elder sister of my wife, she is coming very close to me, holds my chick, hair. specially if im alone she is too much.. i really dont know whats she wants??
im afraid of her behaviour coz she already have husband and he is much more stronger than me...
pls advice what to do???
