Contrary to popular belief, there are only two choices to go once a person dies. That is Heaven or Hell. Heaven is where I'd most prefer to go to for all eternity. I will be given a new body and I won't be in any physical or mental pain again. There is no sadness, death, crying or depression in Heaven. No one is starving or diseased or in any kind of torture. Everything is perfect and everyone is made perfect.

Hell however, is not a place I'd like to go. For all eternity a person would suffer tremendous pain and sorrow, both mentally and physically. You will be so incredibly hot and not a drop of water can quench your thirst. You will be permanently seperated from God and knowing that will be torture to your mind and soul and spirit. People will be gnashing at teeth and mean spirited people will surround you. You will never find peace again.

Some people have the notion that there is a middle ground. No a middle ground does not exist. You either believe in God or you don't. If you believe in God and His son Jesus Christ as your personal Lord and Savior and that He died on the cross for your sins, that is the key to the eternal kingdom of Heaven. If you choose not to believe in God and Jesus, your key to damnation in Hell is permanent.

What about you? Which would you prefer to be, heaven or hell?

Unfortunately you are correct. But tragically every one will not be going. If you do not confess God, Jesus and the Holy Spirit on earth you will not be going to Heaven. In God's Word, He said that in the last days perilous times will come. It does not take a rocket scientist to just look around and observe all the things that are going on now. And at an alarming rate. If we think catastrophes such as Katrina and Tsunamis are devestating, just wait until the end of the ages as we know it. May God Bless

Maintaining a conscience existence is preferable to non-existence. That is why religion uses the lie of an after-life to hook in the rubes. It amazes me how far people will warp their imagination to create a fantasy existence that will allow them to somehow cheat the finality of death

Make the last step you take in this life be the first step you take into the luxury of "Heavenly Estates". Why spend eternity floating on a cloud when, for 10% of your income while here on Earth, you could reside in a Huge white marble, gold trimmed mansion with cherubim taking care of your every need? Act today, the end is near and a two year minimum payment is needed to guarantee your place in" Heavenly Estates".

I figure that if damn mystics can sell the lie of Heaven, I can sell real estate there too.

You have never left heaven.

They have lied to you about this. Heaven is not a far off place on a cloud somewhere.

Jesus said that the kingdon of God is within you.

He did not make a mistake when he said this.

He was saying that each of us is a part of God.

Nearness to God is heaven, it is not an address on some cloud somewhere.

it wouldn't make any difference
if heaven is traditionally taken to be perfect happiness, then you wouldn't want for anything more
if it were oblivion, then there is no you to experience anything whatsoever so 'you' couldn't want for anything more
so each in case there is nothing the 'person' lacks or wants - perfect fulfillment

by the way, oblivion is what happens

Heaven, there would be lots more to do than float around in oblivion forever.

No. Better to reign in Hell than serve in heaven. If god were real I wouldn't kiss up to that genocidal cranky old fart even under pain of death. He can stuff it.

Heaven & hell does not exist elsewhere, they both belong here. Simply in a different time period. Look around & judge yourself if this is heaven or hell...
