- Take extra effort to research about yr topics a bit deeper. so you will understand it well and even have some knowledge on topics related to it.
- control your breathing. When you nervous, you'll be breathing toooooo fast. make sure ur boday have equal amount of oxygen and carbon.
- practice your presentation over and over again. remeberber your facts. make your presentation as part of yourself.
- DONT MEMORISE. when you get nervous, thats when u will get blank and you'll 4get everything.
- make a mock presentation infront of a fren..
- when on stage, look fr friendly faces that you confortable with. act asif they're your fren and you talking to a fen..

Where is your presentation location? Practice in front of a mirror. When you do the actual presentation, don,t look at the audience. Look in front, just like the normal eye contact. if possible rehearse with some of your friends.
I always used this methods before presentations. Now I have successfully overcome my stagefright

Before you begin your presentation, pick somebody out of the audience and speak to them directly with a little joke or just some chit chat. That will relax you and make you feel like you are discussing something with a bunch of friends.

get into your presentation, or make some part of it crazy (like wearing some crazy outfit) so when you're up there, you have everyone's attention and you can attach any negative vibes to your outfit.

i.e. they're not laughing AT me they're laughing at my purple stripped pants.

just an idea, i just woke up.
