Actually, I was in love with a gal, went on training to a distant city for two months, couldnt meet her but did call her once a week. One day, she told me she has found a new guy. She added in a way of taunt, that he is good but I am better. I couldnt ask why is she leaving me and she didnt tell but am feeling restless now. Suggest me what to do?

She wants you to drop everything and race back to her and tell her how she's the most important thing in the world to you and that you'll never let her go again. Telling you that she's giving away the p**** to another guy is not the way to do it. Tell her that you loved her and are very disappointed that she couldn't wait for you to return. Then tell her if she found another man that quickly that it must not have been meant for you two to be together and that although you are saddened that you two will no longer be together, you are happy she found someone to love. She'll either come clean that she was just trying to get attention or if she's serious then be happy you're rid of her. If she does admit she's feeling neglected and you do love her, take a weekend visit to let her know she's special and worth the expense and effort to be with. Good luck.

Maybe she is trying to tell you something. Lets be together or the relationship is off. Long distance relationship cannot last without tremendous efforts from both parties. Even with that, it is a herculean task.

Try to talk to her if you want to continue the relationship. She said he is good but you are better. Would you go for something that is second best when the best is right in front of you to pick? People only go for second best if, and only if they cannot select the best.

Good luck.

Dont worry dude. Past is past. You can forget her instantly. Yes! When ever you get her thought, just divert yourself by involving in any game play, or start on hearing your favourite music, or talk to your best friend who always makes you laugh. By meditating you can forget her very well. Practice for not to be thinking about the past. You must think and feel the present and dont worry about the future.
This makes you more comfortable.
All the BEST...

Sadly, this is probably one time that you should just let it go... I know it hurts... and I know it will be hard to do... But if you were away and she dosen't bother to let you know that she even had the idea of letting you go, much less going ahead and getting a new guy, I think that it might be best...
