Since it's already stuck, dip nearly up to the rim in hot water. Just fill the sink up. Hold there for a few seconds, remove, put a plate on top, and flip. Sometimes it helps to lift one side up more than the other. You may also stick a butter knife in one side, b/t the jello adn the mold, to allow air to get up there and break the suction.

Oh, and spray w/ cooking spray next time you do a mold, and it should come out much easier.

Getting Jelly Out Of Mould

Rinse the mould in cold water, add the jelly, when set dip the mould in hot water.
Put the plate over the mould, then turn the plate and the mould the right way up so the plate is sitting on the worksurface and the jelly is sitting on the plate.

Before you pour the jelly into the mould, rinse out the mould in cold water, and don't dry it - this will make the jelly come out more easily when it has set.

Briefly run warm water over the outside of the mold. It will melt the jelly closest to the inside of the mold and allow the whole mass to slip out easily. Don't run the water too long, though, or you'll have a mess on your hands.

If you are talking about Jell-o, then you are actually supposed to spray the mold with a light coating of non-stick cooking spray before you pour in the Jell-o so that it will come out of the mold easier. That said, try dipping the bottom and about halfway up the sides of the mold in warm (not hot!) water a few times. It should come right out.

you can turn it upsidedown and run it under warm water for a few seconds, but make sure you block the jello from falling into the sink. Next time, use a tiny bit of Pam (unflavored) in the mold before you pour in the jello.
