Culinary art schools..?

I want ot go to a Culinary Art school.. hopefully for baking and presentation, can anybody tell me any school that you know of, I really want to bake, but I dont want to be far from home, I live in Louisiana, HELP!!!

In La., try Delgado Community College, in NO. Not sure if they are still operating or not after Katrina, but they have a great program adn you get an associate's degree when you're done.

If you want really good programs, consider the Culinary Institute of America (upstate NY) or Johnson & Wales (in the Carolinas).

Austin, TX is a GREAT little city, you would love it there.
