In the last couple of weeks, my hands have started shaking--noticeably. If I really concentrate, I can control it--to a degree. I'm really stressed about heading off to college...could it just be nerves, or is it something more serious?

Go to a neurologist. Yes, it could be just nerves (I developed an eye tic as I started college), but it could be something else. Also consider the caffeine, as someone else mentioned, and any medications you already take. Asthma meds can cause tremors, for instance. Find out for sure.

You need to go see your doctor about this. If you can not control the shaking, it could be more than just nerves.
