Didn't you know that he only invaded kuwait for the sake of the US?
It was all planned from the begining .. Invasion of kuwait so that they'd turn to the US for help. The US plants its military Bases in the region. Iraq's military power gets destroyed so that Israel becomes the only power in the middle east, and the iraqi people suffer, and end up without food or education. Iraq's Oil is free for the taking. Then they make up an excuse to get rid of Saddam (since he accomplished what they wanted and is now useless) and also distract the american public and somehow they convinced them that this is a war agaisnt terrorism, and also increase the gap and the hate between Americans and Arabs .. and i think i should just shut up ..
Saddam Hussein was just a pawn in the hands of the world's reigning powers, he was used and his country paid the price, americans are also paying the price form their tax money and their sons being killed out there for no good reason at all!!

No I don't think that he would think that anything was his fault.

But had he not invaded Kuwait he could be firing rifles off of his palace balcony and ranting about the Jews with the rest of the Arab dictators.

And to the guy who says that Kuwait had nothing to do with this Iraq war, I would say that Saddam invading Kuwait had everything to do with this Iraq war.

We went to war with Iraq because of their actions in Kuwait

They signed a treaty ending the fighting, and limiting their actions militarily

He broke that treaty hundreds of times that no one doubts

We resume hostilities making Iraq a vary legal war.

regardless of any of the ulterior motives or anything else that may or may not have been behind it, it was a legal war and it is because of violations of the treaty ending the first war.

I think we gave him the green light to go into Kuwait, and then changed it!

That isn't true! His father refused to go in Iraq after we expelled them!

Bush said we would have lost most of out allies, and would be stuck in a land which would have resulted in terrorism! He said it was a waste of American lives. To bad his idiot son didn't pay any attention to him!

We would have been a hell of a lot better off! And who knows, we might have caught Osama by now! Saddam is the epitome of how we treat people who work for the CIA!

In his eyes, he thinks he was doing the right thing, just as hitler thought killing millions of jews was O.K.

They were both power-crazed maniacs.
